Hi, I’m Vashti — Your Fractional Operations Partner.

For 6+ years, I led operations for a venture-backed beauty brand—taking it from startup chaos to global retail in 3 countries (Sephora, Cult Beauty, Amazon). I've also run my own e-commerce business, so I know what it's like to juggle everything yourself.

I bring 15+ years of cross-industry experience (financial services, tech, entrepreneurship) to help businesses scale with both founder empathy and operational discipline.
