A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Vashti - Your Operations & Systems Partner.

I've always been a natural operator, the kind of person who genuinely enjoys figuring out a better way to get things done. I help growing businesses build the behind-the-scenes foundation that makes running the business feel a little easier.

My path into operations wasn't exactly straight, but every step shaped how I work. I started in financial services and development banking, where I learned the value of strong systems and getting the details right.

Later, I ran my own eCommerce business, which taught me firsthand what it feels like to wear every hat, and how quickly small inefficiencies turn into big frustrations.

Most recently, I led operations for a small, venture-backed beauty brand, where our lean team built the foundation that took it from a local startup to a global retail brand with partners across the US, UK, and Canada.

What draws me to this work is simple: operations shape more than efficiency. They shape confidence, clarity, and give business owners the space to grow their business instead of constantly reacting to it.

That same instinct for finding what's broken and fixing it is what led me into AI. I don't use or teach AI for the sake of AI, I use it as another tool to make operations actually work, and I lead hands-on workshops that help small business teams do the same.

Every business is different, so what I bring looks different too, an operational review, a new system, smoothing out how work flows between steps, or simply untangling processes that have become harder than they need to be.

My superpower? Taking complex operational challenges and turning them into practical, sustainable ways of working that people actually enjoy using.
